Dr. Podszun wins Vitamin Award

The Society of Applied Vitamin Research (GVF) awarded the Vitamin Award for Young Scientist to Dr. Maren Podszun for her work on 4-HNE and for using it to demonstrate the effects of vitamin E on liver oxidative stress in human NAFLD.
